Our user growth is growing quickly, and we're spending too much effort keeping track of moving metrics. We realized we could expedite retrieving characteristics of the business with a chatbot in Slack powered by Amazon Lex. In this episode, we create a custom bot that can tell us how many users signed up in a day, what the bill is shaping up to be, and various other trackable activities in our app.
