The scale and complexity of the Learning Management system (LMS) utilized by the University of Pretoria allows them to focus on the user experience realizing cost savings and robustness with little down-time. The University also uses data science techniques such as AI and ML to pioneer innovative solutions to tackle some of South Africa’s social challenges. AWS enables them to experiment and scale in order to develop these solutions and engage the broader ecosystem of stakeholders in order to streamline implementation.
