Bolton College uses AWS to expand the accessibility of its chatbot Ada

Bolton College has built a pioneering chat bot on AWS – Ada, the digital assistant who helps students navigate life on campus. With the use of machine learning, Ada’s answers are getting smarter every day. Students, teachers, and support teams can now get information about the College, their studies, and their work through their Echo smart speakers or via their Alexa smartphone app.
