TCL Plex: Affordable TV approach to a phone?

We've covered BlackBerries and Alcatel phones, and you've seen us praise TCL TVs in the past, but we've never seen a TCL smartphone. This is actually a big deal for the company as it's now entering the market and leveraging its expertise in building smartphones for others, in addition to using the display technology that's made it the best smart TV brand in the US.
