This application is designed to preload parts (components) of Firefox into your RAM before you actually run Firefox for the first time. This dramatically increases Firefox load times, and they begin to rival that of Apple's Safari, which opens instantly. I would reccomend this to anyone running Windows with at least 1 GB of free RAM upon booting Windows.
