This video will show the best practices for running microservices-based .NET applications on AWS using containers and serverless technologies, how to choose a container orchestration technology that fits your needs; and how to choose a suitable container compute layer. The video also covers how to choose between Windows and Linux containers, and how AWS App2Container can help containerize legacy .NET Framework applications. The video ends with a demo of AWS App2Container, AWS Lambda, Amazon Elastic Container Service, and AWS Fargate used with Amazon API Gateway to provide a seamless extraction of three sample microservices from a monolith.
