CVG airport soars in operational efficiency with TaskWatch and AWS Panorama | Amazon Web Services

The Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) has made advanced technologies like computer vision (CV) a key component of its strategy to continually improve its operations and the traveler experience. With AWS Partner TaskWatch’s Attntiv CV application on AWS Panorama, a machine learning service that allows organizations to bring CV to on-premises cameras to make predictions locally with high accuracy and low latency, CVG can notify staff of critical events in real time. This means they can improve issues like congestion at passenger pick-up/drop-off zones, or ensure that services for an aircraft on the tarmac occur in a timely manner, meaning more on-time flights for customers.
