Customers often run into instances where they would like to stop GPU intensive EC2 instances outside of business hours every day to reduce operational cost or want to stop test RDS instances outside of a testing phase. In this episode, Bhavisha walks you through how to control cost of your Amazon EC2 and RDS instances by either deploying your own solution using individual services or using a pre-built solution called Instance Scheduler from AWS Solutions Library.
