Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University (STOU), the first open university in Thailand, has a goal of becoming a digital university that can provide equal access to education. Hear from Dr Sarun Nakthanom, IT Director at STOU, how they are leveraging the cloud to support this ambition, such as enabling 80,000 students to take their exams at the same time regardless of where they are located in the world.
