In this demo the user will learn how to setup a custom vocabulary. This custom vocabulary file is used by Contact Lens for Amazon Connect for post-call and real-time contact analysis sessions. Our contact center administrator will import the custom vocabulary for terms used frequently by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The Administrator can improve the accuracy of speech recognition for product names, brand names, and domain-specific terminology, by expanding and tailoring the vocabulary of the speech-to-text engine in Contact Lens.
