Amazon Q Code Transformation can intelligently upgrade application language versions, starting with Java. It analyzes the entire source code of your application to be transformed, identifies mandatory package dependencies and frameworks, and replaces deprecated code with working code. It also incorporates security best practices and executes tests to validate the new upgraded application. Soon, Amazon Q Code Transformation will also perform .NET framework to cross-platform .NET upgrades, enabling faster migration to Linux, saving licensing fees and migration time. Amazon Q Code Transformation makes application maintenance, upgrades, and migrations faster, easier, and less error-prone.
