Phillips 66, a global energy company, was able to break the silos, enhance visibility, and improve data-driven decision making across their multicloud environment using AWS Observability. They created a single view of their observability data using Amazon Managed Prometheus and Amazon Managed Grafana. This solution reduced mean time to resolution, improved the customer experience and operational posture of the organization, and enabled holistic observability in their hybrid and multicloud platform across AWS, Azure, VMware Cloud, and on-premises data centers.
