GTÜ Builds Expert Chatbot with Amazon Bedrock and Slalom | Amazon Web Services

GTÜ partnered with AWS and Slalom to build a generative AI-powered chatbot that supports engineers directly within GTÜ+, the company’s production system. Designed to answer complex technical questions, the chatbot is built on Amazon Bedrock and now supports 2,700 engineers across the organization.

The collaboration began with a focused MVP designed to validate value quickly, and has since supported a company-wide shift toward more data-driven operations.
