Porsche proudly previewed a pair of Panameras at the Geneva Motor Show. The first of this duet is the Turbo S E-Hybrid, a plug-in flagship model that should offer frightening performance. Porsche also unveiled a wagon version of the Panamera called the Sport Turismo model.
