The 2020 Shelby GT500 is an absolute monster of a car. It was easily one of my favorite driving experiences so far this year. Many people feel as though the automatic DCT is incredibly great but they wanted the manual transmission as an option. VMP Performance down in Florida took it upon themselves to purchase a 2020 GT500 engine and swap it into a standard S550 Mustang using the MT82 transmission. This car feels so intense that it made me speechless from the start. The 2020 GT500 engine swap was no easy feat - but with the impressive skill set of VMP they were headstrong and made it happen with their SEMA show car track attack which used to have a standard Coyote 5.0 with a VMP Gen 3 supercharger.
