Rules and Contest Info:

The contest is based in the State of Georgia, USA. Do not proceed with entering
this contest if your state, region, or country prohibits participation.
Eligibility: The contest is open to anyone who can participate via the internet and
resides within States in the USA or Countries which allow shipment/receipt of
giveaways. The contest is only open to individuals 18 years of age or older with
internet access during the contest time period. Employees, officers, and directors
of Companies that provided giveaways (and immediate family members, including
parents, spouses, children, and siblings, of all of the foregoing) are not eligible to
participate or win.
Internet entry must be made on the DIWD YouTube Channel in order to
participate in the contest. Entries made by any other means will be declared
invalid and disqualified for the giveaway. Utilizing any device or program to
automate entries is prohibited. Only one entry is allowed per person. Winners are
not eligible for additional prizes.
To enter the contest: For the specified contest period, stated when contest
begins, one entry per person, household, ip address and/or email address is
permitted. Contest participants will be required to prove ownership of email
address and eligibility for giveaway. If the chosen participant is not eligible for any
reason, the giveaway will be considered forfeited, and another contest entrant
will be chosen. All entry information provided by participants will be used only for
the contest. Fraudulent, false or deceptive entries will render participant and the
entry ineligible. By entering, the participant agrees to be bound by all Official
Rules and any decision made by Contest Official (DIWD).
Potential Winner: Winner will be selected on criteria defined in the beginning of
the contest. The potential Winner will be notified by email and will be required to
respond in the specified time to claim their prize. Winner may be required to
complete, sign and return to the Contest Official (DIWD) an affidavit of eligibility,
waiver of liability and where legally permitted, a publicity release within four(4)

days of issuance of prize claim, otherwise the Contest Official (DIWD) may forfeit
the prize and offer to another potential winner.
Consent: By entering the contest, entrants consent to the use of their names,
usernames, avatars, photographs, likeness and statements in advertising,
promotional materials, and web spaces perpetually, without notice or
compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Prizes: Odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries received.
Limit one prize per household, ip address and/or email address. The Contest
Official (DIWD) reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at
the Official's sole discretion. The Contest Official (DIWD) reserves the right to
cancel the contest at any time due to lack of participation. Any prizes that are
eligible for international participants are subjected to VAT, duties or import fees,
for which the winner is responsible. Some value must be assigned to giveaways
for customs requirements. All prizes are shipped using regular methods. No
expedited shipping will be available unless requested and paid for by the winner.
Grand Prize winner must be able to appear in person to claim prize and will be
subject to local, state and federal taxes as well as fees. If under the age of 21,
Grand Prize winner must be accompanied by parent or guardian to accept prize.
All winners must be at least 18 years of age. All US winners are subject to U.S.
taxes, and a 1099 form may be required.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
General: By entering the Contest, the entrant assumes all liability for injury or
damage caused or alleged to be caused by participating in this contest and/or the
acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Winners may be subject to State and/or
Federal taxes. The Contest Official (DIWD) shall not be liable if prize winner does
not receive the prize due to forces outside the control of the Official such as;
shipping loss, delay or damage, any act of God, severe weather, transportation
interruptions, international carrier issues, acts of war, riots, governmental
regulation or interference, or any other situation that is out of the control of the
Official.
