It's been a long time coming, but the Lightfighter LFR19 v2.0 electric superbike finally gets a chance to stretch its legs in anger, as Road Test Editor Troy Siahaan takes the controls during a WERA West race at Buttonwillow Raceway. With 108ºF temperatures forecasted for the weekend, and barely any testing done on the bike, this was going to be a trial by fire for both man and machine. Follow along in our saga of just how far we can take a home-built electric racing motorcycle.
