'Moog' (Blair Joscelyne) is the co-creator of the YouTube series Mighty Car Mods, and a music composer. This film follows the story of him preparing to compete in a Crossfit Masters Competition for the first time. From training, to food, through to mindset, this personal journey follows the day to day struggles of competing for the first time in his life.
