The Shelby Cobra is of myth and legend. Taking a big burly American V8 and slapping it into a small British roadster is exactly what Carroll Shelby had in mind. This one is a different story. A SEMA build by Downforce Motorsports, they were crazy enough to put the 2020 Shelby GT500 engine known as "PREADTOR" in a Superformance Cobra chassis - only weighing in at 2400 pounds. 760HP in a two seat roadster is no joke - and it might be one of the cars in my history to give me the most "nervous laughs" I've ever had. So let's go for a drive, and demonstrate the raw power of this beast.
