The new Lamborghini Urus SE costs a staggering £270,000 when fully specced, and packs 789bhp from its twin-turbo V8 plug-in hybrid powertrain. But look closely inside and you'll spot steering wheel buttons and screens from the much cheaper Audi Q8.
