If you're tired of TouchWiz on your Samsung Galaxy Note and want something faster, you should consider installing the latest CyanogenMod 9 ROM onto it, which gives you the stock Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich experience with some added performance and UI tweaks. You must root your Galaxy Note first, and CM9 is not yet available for the AT&T version, though you still can get stock ICS for AT&T. Here are some links:
