This is probably one of the most valuable programs that I have ever come across. Guardmobile is a security application that allows the owner of the mobile device to acquire information when the SIM card is replaced on their lost or stolen Windows Phone. The program runs silently in the back ground and cannot be uninstalled without the pin number.
