The ZTE Axon 7 has garnered a lot of fame this year given the premium package you get for the price of a mid-ranger, but ZTE decided that it wouldn't be a bad idea to launch that mid-ranger anyway.

For starters let's be clear on the fact that mini is not well applied to this phone. Physically the Axon 7 mini is just 7 mm shorter than the regular Axon 7. Visually it's even hard to tell them apart given the striking resemblance of both designs. If anything you'd have to look closely to notice the different texture over the front firing speakers, and the fact that the US version doesn't have capacitive keys.
