In this talk, we’ll discuss how we transformed the development lifecycle of SAP HANA away from a traditional on-premises model to a cloud-first model. Built and designed natively on AWS, the next generation SAP HANA as a Service offering addresses the needs of SAP teams delivering new applications, services, and microservices to our ~450K customer base, as well as providing an innovation platform for partners and customers to develop data-driven applications. We’ll discuss our architecture and future goals, and we'll describe how SAP and AWS work together to make these goals a reality.
