Allan's story - Using the web to help young people find work

South Africa has the highest recorded youth unemployment rate in the world. Allan van der Meulen, co-founder of Zlto, has created a web app that is enabling young people to overcome social and financial barriers to work.

See the impact this is having as Zlto offers users rewards that can be exchanged for essential living items while also placing them on a path to careers that would otherwise be improbable. Given the easy access and reach of the web, Allan believes there is no environment in which this project will not work.
