Troubleshooters for the MBrush Printer

Here are the troubleshooters for MBrush (or Princube, since they from the exact same factory).

0:05 Troubleshooter 1
If you have prints color uneven or partially light-colored issue.
To solve it, we can simply use the mouth to breathe on the ink head, you can repeat several times accordingly.

0:31 Troubleshooter 2
If you have prints loss, unclear or color abnormal issue. To solve it
1) You may need to check the metal contacts under the transparent cover, use an eraser to wipe them and then restart.
2) If the issue still exists, then the problem should be the poor contact of the flat cable from the motherboard. Just open the cover like the video shows, turn off the power, use tweezers to loose the connection and re-buckle it tightly, and then turn on MBrush to test if it works normally.

If you have no prints at all issue.
To solve it
1) It might be the problem that the ink head is too dry, we can use the mouth to breathe on the ink head to see it can be fixed. If the prints still have issues, then we need to take out the ink cartridge and add more water to it.
2) We can pour some water on the table, and then put the ink cartridge onto the water like the video shows for about 10 minutes. After that, we install the ink cartridge back to the printer, everything should work normally.
