At hackathons in Boston, Massachusetts, USA and São Paulo, Brazil, two groups of students developed separate technologies to assist people who are visually impaired. When they learned of each other’s work, they joined forces to create a mobile app called EyeSpace.

With Google Cloud, the EyeSpace team had access to the same tools and infrastructure that power Google products. Google Cloud lets developers build and host applications and websites, store data, and analyze data, all on Google’s highly scalable and reliable computing infrastructure.
