Nonprofit Cahoots responds to community challenges in Western Australia with Microsoft 365

Cahoots is a community organization based in Osborne Park, Western Australia, dedicated to creating opportunities for children and young people facing exceptional challenges to connect, celebrate, and learn via camps and programs. When COVID-19 made in-person activities difficult, Cahoots had to pivot overnight. All 30 employees used Microsoft 365 to work remotely, lobby the government for funding, hire new talent, and ultimately launch a new delivery service designed to support the unique needs of Cahoots customers. Ultimately, Cahoots remained agile in the midst of change, saved 41% of its annual revenue, and grew the business by staying connected and responding to customer needs.
