Investec sharpens its customer focus with Microsoft Viva Insights

Investec prides itself on its close client relationships. The bank noticed gaps in its interdepartmental understanding of how and when employees were reaching out to stakeholders at a given client, a reality that could only be exacerbated by the COVID-19 health crisis and the move to remote work. Since adopting Microsoft Viva Insights, Investec has closed those gaps, increased collaboration, and surfaced new opportunities that could be worth tens of millions of dollars in annual revenue.
