To help enact its digital first strategy, British heritage retailer Marks & Spencer embraced Microsoft 365 to empower employees and serve customers with leading-edge digital tools.

Today, the organization uses Teams to communicate with frontline workers and connect every area of the business for better insights, along with apps like Shifts, Tasks in Teams, and OneNote to reduce paper usage and streamline work. Marks & Spencer has reduced paper usage by one third thanks to Teams and Surface devices. It uses Teams to drive accessibility initiatives that benefit shoppers and colleagues alike.
