In 2018 Konecranes was one of the first companies with Private LTE network in Finland. Nokia Digital Automation Cloud was built, and later upgraded to the next generation 5G standalone private network by Edzcom and Nokia.
The network covers the whole Konecranes Smart Factory area in Hyvinkää, Finland, and provides excellent opportunities for technology evaluation, development, and innovation.
