Clumio: Enterprise Backup as a Service with an Always-On Security Model

Clumio is a SaaS solution that provides Enterprise level Backup as a Service offerings for customers with AWS, VMware Cloud and M365 workloads. Clumio leverages Amazon EventBridge, to trigger the backup events for customers' S3, EBS, EC2, RDS, DynamoDB instances that are encrypted by Amazon KMS and controlled by an IAM role. The event driven architecture then calls Amazon S3, Amazon SQS, Amazon Lambda where metadata is captured on their storage backup . Clumio's MetaData Engine enables their customers to search through the history of their backup in a secured and encrypted fashion. Clumio's RDS backup service provides a granular record recovery on RDS Backups without requiring customers to recover the entire RDS Database. Clumio's multi-tenant backup solution enables ransomware protection, predictable costs to customers and automatic service updates with an always-on security model.
