Amazon Redshift Serverless makes it easy to run and scale analytics in seconds without the need to set up and manage data warehouse infrastructure. In this demo, we’ll show you how to get started with Redshift Serverless and run some sample queries.

Amazon Redshift measures data warehouse capacity in Redshift Processing Units (RPUs). You pay for the workloads you run in RPU-hours on a per-second basis (with a 60-second minimum charge), including queries that access data in open file formats in Amazon S3.

For example: You have a configured a base of 64 RPUs and execute queries for 4 hours per day. This would consume 256 RPU hours per day.
