Intel’s commitment to open software development to accelerate HPC is reflected in oneAPI open, standards-based, cross-architecture programming, said Joe Curley, Intel VP and GM of Intel Software Products and Ecosystem group. Altair and Intel have collaborated together for years. With Altair moving Radioss to open source, OpenRadioss gives developers access to new technology allowing them to innovate in structural analysis, like crash simulations. Altair engineers used the Intel® oneAPI Base and HPC Toolkits to optimize the software. Intel looks forward to continuing the journey with oneAPI and Altair helping make OpenRadioss ready for new architectures.
