This video explores how smart city technology is helping Wroclaw to overcome its challenges and meet the needs of its residents. The City of Wroclaw administration has identified six areas of focus: care for the elderly, education and the knowledge economy, next-generation economic growth, transforming transportation, security and crisis management, and sustainability of the environment. They have taken a strategic approach that focuses on long-term program development to address complex issues. Nokia’s city as a platform helps them by providing a community-wide, shared smart city infrastructure platform from which they can launch many different applications and use cases.
