As enterprises deploy more modern applications in Google Cloud, they are presented with new ways of using and optimizing storage. We’ll showcase our newest addition, Google Cloud NetApp Volumes, a fully Google-managed file storage service built for enterprise applications. You’ll also see how Filestore supports deploying applications on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) requiring stateful, not ephemeral, storage. It also provides persistent volumes to multi-writer applications requiring consistent data access across thousands of GKE pods. Salesforce will share how they use Filestore as a scalable, high-performance file storage solution for their containerized AI/ML training needs.
