Lincoln Financial Transforms its Data Warehouse on AWS for Richer Business Insights

Aadhil Lokhandwala, SVP Distribution Office of Strategic Planning at Lincoln Financial, shares how Lincoln Financial struggled with an inefficient data warehouse for its sales professionals that was becoming more of a liability than an asset. To replace this warehouse, Lincoln Financial built a cloud-first data platform on AWS using services such as AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, and Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3). The new solution provides 360-degree views of sales professionals and their interactions, leading to richer business insights and better business decisions.
