In this demo, we'll showcases how to use Amazon Titan Text Premier in Amazon Bedrock to power an internal HR Assistant application, automating enterprise HR processes.

The HR assistant utilizes Agents and Knowledge Bases for Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Titan Text Premier's natural language processing capabilities to comprehensively search and summarize company documents, providing responses to user queries. Titan Text Premier's advanced reasoning enables multi-step task execution, shown in this demo through an automated time-off request process. It validates requests, retrieves vacation time balance, and interfaces with internal HR systems.

Titan Text Premier is also able to integrate with third-party applications like Slack to send notifications about employees' parental leave and update Outlook statuses with Out of Office messages.
