Meet Gedeon Baende, an AWS AI & ML Scholarship student committed to empowering others and leveraging AI in a sustainable way. As part of his capstone project, Gedeon is building an AI solution that non-invasively diagnoses electric vehicle batteries and proposes second-life applications to reduce landfill waste.

The AWS Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) Scholarship program, in collaboration with Udacity, aims to help underrepresented and underserved high school and college students learn foundational machine learning concepts to prepare them for careers in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
