In this Advancing AI 2024 Luminary Developer Keynote, Raghotham Murthy covers the evolution of Meta's Llama models which are the leading open-source LLMs. Over the past year, Meta has achieved significant improvements to the capabilities of models from reasoning and multilinguality to agentic capabilities and support for multiple modalities.

Meta’s latest release included Llama Stack, a comprehensive set of standard APIs to customize Llama models and primitives enabling developers to build robust, safety-focused applications across environments supported by partners, including on-prem, cloud, single-node, and edge devices.
