In the US alone, consumers hold over 3.3 billion memberships in customer loyalty programs, a 26% increase from two years ago (Source: Colloquy Loyalty Census 2015). However, on average, 50-60% of customers at a small business don’t come back (Source: Belly). This month, we’re talking about how you can attract and retain loyal customers for your small business.
