AMD is proud to present this in-game footage of TressFX Hair in Tomb Raider from Crystal Dynamics. This side-by-side comparison demonstrates the difference in the experience when TressFX is turned on. This technology performs a real-time simulation of hair, responding to forces like wind, movement, and gravity. It uses the DirectCompute programming language, and has been optimized for the Graphics Core Next architecture in the AMD Radeon™ HD 7000 Series.
