Chefs Traci Des Jardins and David Chang taste the coffee that astronauts drink on the International Space Station. It's just one example of how different life is for astronauts and cosmonauts who spend six months or more living in microgravity. Instead of mixing the cream and sugar in their coffee after it's prepared, the coffee must be mixed months in advance and rehydrated all at once.
