In this video, 1A Auto shows you how to remove and replace a VTEC solenoid. This video applies to the 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09 Honda CR-V

This repair was done on a 2009 Honda CR-V and the process should be similar on the following vehicles:
2007 Honda CR-V
2008 Honda CR-V
2009 Honda CR-V
2010 Honda CR-V
2011 Honda CR-V
