The BMW 3-series will finally be replaced by an all-new model in 2019, and Shapur Kotwal went to Faro, Portugal to drive it. Not only does this promise to be the most technically advanced 3-series yet, it's also meant to be a return to driving pleasure that was a bit overdue.
