Do you hear a clunking noise in your car or truck when you accelerate, or shift gears? That noise could be due to worn out engine mount bushings! The easy fix is to replace the engine mounts. In this video, Sue explains how the rubber bushing material in engine mounts dries up, cracks, and breaks over time, leading to noise. The bushings are to dampen movement when the engine is put under load. When the rubber breaks down, the metal parts of the mounts will knock together, making clunking or banging noises!
