The Nissan 240SX is arguably the most engine swapped platform in the world. Everything from the Honda K series engines, the Nissan Skyline's RB, to even the Mazda Rotary. However arguably the most common off-brand swap is the 2JZ - the powerhouse from the legendary MK4 Toyota Supra. This is the 2JZ 240SX from the Rabid JZ Youtube channel , and it makes 800 horsepower to the wheels with a R154 billet dog box transmission.
