It's not beyond us that the DS Automobiles No.8 is a very niche car from a niche manufacturer, but while it would be easy to dismiss it as a pure irrelevance, there is a lot to like.
Priced and sized in that sweet spot below traditional executive SUVs and high-riding EVs, the DS No.8 hits key metrics, including offering a huge electric range, lots of kit and a refined and comfortable driving experience.
But it also does it with real flair and a fabulous interior. And yes, it'll depreciate like crazy, but almost all big EVs do these days. Why not take the plunge..?
