On paper, the Nexus 4 is a huge leap from the flagship Nexus phone of last year: it has double the RAM, a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro CPU (instead of the dual-core TI OMAP CPU found on the Galaxy Nexus), a better camera, a newer version of Android, and a bigger battery.

But in day to day usage, is the Nexus 4 a big leap from the Galaxy Nexus, or more of a modest improvement?
