The Nexus 4 just might be the best Android phone ever. It has the super-fast Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro CPU with 2GB of RAM, a 320PPI 1280x768 IPS LCD display, and the latest version of Android, versus 4.2 Jelly Bean. It starts at only $299, and comes unlocked for use on any GSM network. It's based off the LG Optimus G, and as such, as an LTE chip onboard. But because there is no antenna or amplifier system for the LTE, you will only get up to HSPA+ data speeds.
